Because products may come from different fulfillment partners, return instructions, return addresses, eligibility requirements, and processing times may vary depending on the item purchased.
Return Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving an item they wish to return.
To be eligible for a return, an item generally must:
• Be unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
• Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included materials when applicable.
• Meet the return requirements of the fulfillment partner responsible for the product.
Certain products may have different return periods or may not be eligible for return due to their nature or the policies of the applicable fulfillment partner.
Start a Return Before Shipping
Please contact Surreal One before returning any product.
Do not automatically return an item to the address shown on the original shipping package. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, the original shipping address may not be the correct return location.
After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions when the item is eligible.
Items sent to an incorrect address without authorization may experience delays or may not be eligible for reimbursement if they cannot be recovered.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' are non-refundable. These are essential acquisitions with no return protocol defined.
