Surreal One is not responsible for delays caused by: Shipping carriers, Supplier processing, Weather, Customs, Natural disasters, Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because Surreal One is a fulfillment marketplace, eligibility for returns and refunds may depend on the policies of the supplier fulfilling your order.
